Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

❌ Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:

Packages marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier

Items lost, delayed, or damaged after delivery to freight forwarding services

Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues on made-to-order items
Once an item is marked as delivered, all shipping risk is assumed by the customer, especially when using third-party forwarding services.
đźšš Shipping Policy
We ship all orders to the exact address provided at checkout. Once a shipment is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, our responsibility for the package is considered complete.
⚠️ Freight Forwarding Services
We do not guarantee shipments delivered to freight forwarding addresses. By using a freight forwarder, you acknowledge and accept that:

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay after delivery to the forwarder

All risk is assumed by the customer, including coordination with the forwarder

No refunds, returns, or replacements will be issued once delivered to a forwarding service
We highly recommend using a secure, direct shipping address.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Product Orders
All products are made to order. You may edit your order before it goes into production using the link in your confirmation email. Once in production, cancellations are not guaranteed.
You have 30 days after delivery to report any quality issues. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for verified issues, supported by clear photographs.
Donations, Tips & Locked Messages

Donations and tips are non-refundable once checkout is complete.

🛬 International Orders
